Our journey in property development unfurled its first chapter at Mooizicht Gardens, nestled behind the bustling mall. A visionary project with 8 individual plots, each transformed into a unique home. They were snapped up in no time, setting the stage for what was to come. Soon after, a landowner in Vermont, impressed by the wonders of Mooizicht, sought our magical touch. In 2017, we embarked on a monumental quest—19 homes destined to reshape the very essence of Vermont's landscape. The success echoed, leading us to the picturesque Lynx in Vermont, where 32 distinct houses materialised from the realm of imagination, captivating buyers with their diverse designs.
But that was just the beginning. Venturing into untouched terrain in Sandbaai, we orchestrated the entire process—from sub-divisions to roads and infrastructure. The result? A collection of 16 homes, each boasting the distinctive charm of West Coast and Cape vernacular fusion, proudly known as Pebble Cove Estate. These residences hit the market, capturing hearts and sealing deals.
