We've had the pleasure of orchestrating some significant projects, like the transformation of Melozhori Lodge—an opulent masterpiece adorned 360° infinity pools, each shimmering at a cosy 32°C, and decking walkways that weave into the enchanted bush. Imagine 5-star luxury taken to the pinnacle of magical artistry. Closer to home, guesthouses like Ridge House in Hermanus stand as living testaments to our wizardry, turning spaces into something extraordinary.
We’ve also got a flair for flipping houses. We acquire aged properties, strip away the mundane, infuse them with fresh design, and witness them rise like phoenixes into sellable masterpieces.

Currently juggling a couple of projects in Voelklip, Onrus, and Vermont, we’re all about the art of transformation.
Now, renovations aren't the main enchantment of our company. We are selective about clients, leaning more towards folks we know and trust. Tender processes? Not really within our repertoire. Instead, we flourish on forging personal connections and weaving our own path—acquiring properties, giving them a marvellous makeover, and turning them into radiant gems on the market. It's not the main focus, but it's where the passion and innovation truly shine.
